Total five rounds :(Really enjoyed every round)
1st : Discussion with Manager (profile screening and what have done so far)
2nd & 3rd : with team and team lead (only technical questions)
4th : with Manager (more on personal skills and communication.)
5th: with Director (personal skill, approaches/project driven capability check and general discussion like joining date and salary)
Process took around 2 months.i.e. slow but different/unique than normal MNC's . It took time because I was 2-3 year less experienced than they looking for.

4 -5 ro un ds of in te rvi ew. HR, Tec hni cal rou nd 2-3 and man age rial round. Either you gets selected or rejected still you will get positive feedback.

Entretien
I got referral from one of the employees of BMC. After two weeks, I got call from BMC HR. Two technical rounds followed by managerial round and HR round (Salary discussion). First technical round was telephonic and the toughest of all. Second technical round and managerial round were done via Skype since I am based out of remote location.
