Entretien
Recruiter followed by hiring manager, followed by PM peers, ENG leaders, PM leaders and GM of the business interviewing. Hiring manager explained the position and where they were on the product. PM peers asked very specific technical questions around the domain. ENG manager asked describe requirements for one of their problem and also asked few technical topics. PM Leader was the best and GM also was very good.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez BMC Software (Houston, TX) en janv. 2015
Entretien
Very simple process almost completely driven by humans - no automated systems to deal with. Corporate recruiter kept the ball moving and ensured I knew next steps and got feedback very timely. There was one phone interview followed by an on-site interview where I met with 3 different people, including 1 executive. All were very personable, non-intimidating interviews that prodded into my background, philosophies, and personality.
