3 steps...first -coding , 2nd- interview on technical knowledge (basic java, oop) and lastly an interview with the higher ups.The last interview was about the platform mainly that they will teach us and how much enthusiastic are you to work for them

First written exam then interview. It takes 2 weeks to complete the full process. Salary at the first half the original salary for 3 months. They train you for 3 months at least.
