Standard HR interview with usual questions regarding education and previous employment. Met with HR to review resume and qualifications. After HR interview another interview was scheduled by phone with the department managers of several hospital departments due to multiple openings. The second interview day was spent touring the facility and meeting/interviewing with departmental managers. The final interview was a peer interview with several nurses and a unit secretary from the preferred unit. All of the meetings consisted of basic questions reviewing work ethic, personality, handling of difficult situations, and examples of such from professional experience.
