Entretien
I applied directly on the website. Within a day, I was contacted for my first phone interview. By the end of the week, I had my second phone interview with the Hiring Manager. Both interviews went over the basics about the requirements for the positions and I got great insight into the culture. Communication was easy as well - I received emails to reiterate next steps and with some helpful links to the Total rewards page (benefits) that helped me stay informed. After the second phone interview, I was scheduled for a panel interview with members of the team - it was awesome to get to meet my future teammates AND it was great to see that everyone's opinion mattered.

Entretien
Went through a total of five interviews plus worked with a senior recruiter in screening and setting up interviews through offer. It was about a month long process but can be attributed to the holidays and Covid, with schedules tough to work around and the inability to interview with multiple people at once due to social distancing/remote/video interviewing. Felt comfortable during interviews and was asked many different questions pertaining to my background and experience. For most of the time it felt like a conversation with some hard questions thrown in. Overall good experience.
