You are required to save a recording of yourself answering set questions. The process itself is relatively simple, but you need to remember the question asked. I found this is a very cold and impersonal experience, with no opportunity for dialogue or explanations.

Was emailed by BHP providing a link to the interview which I had to complete ASAP. The link stayed live for about 3 days. It was strange to film myself answering questions.
You were able to answer the questions within 3 mins and 30sec to prepare. You could also re-record over your answer three times.

STAR behavioural based interview. Asked 3-6 questions. The interview is difficult if you aren't prepared for a behavioral based interview. HR doesn't always inform you what kind of interview process you'll go through.
When you are traveling to the interview, for some technical jobs, they will surprise you with a presentation requirement. You'll be required to put together a presentation and present it at your interview.
