Online tests, phone interview then Engagement Centre. Long drawn out process with a false promise throughout. 6 months from application to rejection. Initial 2 emails after final interview process indicated that I had been successful and would be found a role. Same for a lot of other applicants over the last few years according to whirlpool forums.
A very disappointing job by BHP in relaying information and treating candidates. A lot of people have turned down offers based on the hiring process. Other graduate programs have opened, closed and sent out offers while 6 months later BHP is yet to issue contracts.
Group discussion and presentation and five single rounds of interview. Also prior to be selected for the one on one interview, had to qualify for the phone interview, weeks prior.
