Pre interview was an interactive assignment which I actually enjoyed. Then a brief Zoom interview. Interviewer was great. You apply for clients and are matched based on your strengths. I liked the setup.

The interview process with BELAY is very long and disingenuous. To see so many people list that money is an issue with this company, I would say, definitely beware. Over an hour of your time, answering questions that have nothing to do with the job. Interview questions where they want you to write several paragraphs of useless information. Another section not where they proceeded to ask you twice to pick a bunch of random adjectives to describe yourself, half of them meaning exactly the same thing. There’s no thought put into the interview process, but they would like you to spend a ton of your personal time for free doing it. I received an email in less time than it took for me to finish the pointless process saying ‘they have a lot of applicants, so it’s a no, but no particular reason why’.
