It was pleasant and relaxed. The hiring manager was very nice. The conversation did flow. They needed someone who could help with siloed teams and improve productivity and collaboration and I recounted how I’ve done that throughout my career. The only thing I could say negatively is I never heard back from them. This didn’t bother me as I wasn’t sure I wanted to join them, but I thought professionally it would have been nice to be told they were not going to progress my application further.
