Screener call, then hiring manager interview, then zoom interview with other territory managers, then field ride with a territory manager, then zoom interviews with other stakeholders. Pretty straight forward, but kinda wild that you have to take an entire day away from your own current job to go on an unpaid field ride with another Territory Manager.

Interview was fair and standard within the med device industry. Recruiter, RBM, RBM Panel, RBM in-person, AVP. Spoke with multiple reps and other RBMs throughout the process. Want to make sure you do your due diligence.

The interview process was straight forward, but lengthy. They didn't ask super challenging questions, but they want you to speak with everyone on the sales team to get their buy in.
