However, despite following up afterward with both the interviewer and the recruiter, I did not receive any updates or response regarding the status of the role and was effectively ghosted.
Additionally, there was a significant discrepancy between the compensation range listed in the job posting and what was discussed during the phone screen, with the latter being materially lower. The compensation details shared during the process did not appear consistent with what was advertised online.
