After four rounds of interviews, including an on-site panel, it has now been two months without any update. I reached out to the recruiter three times and never received a response. This has been the most unprofessional interview process I’ve experienced.

Entretien
I applied for R & D position through online. After few weeks i got selected for first round interview with hiring manager which was 30 mins and later i got mail that i moved to next round. Interview was 2 hrs . its a type of technical and behavioral round. Interview went well they asked me to write some queries and i did. After final round there is no response from recruiter(BOT). its been so many days but no update from their end. Atleast they need to provide an update . Finally I got ghosted.

Wish I could describe the process, their automatic scheduling robot scheduled an interview at an incovenient time, with no option for resceduling. Only option was to cancel - so cleared time for a phone call from recruiter, who never called.
Through using the bot you have no line of communication with the company and therefore cannot contact anyone about this. Messaged recruiter on LinkedIn about the missed appointment and have been ignored.
