      I regret to share my review in this case. My interview process was like this: - HR in Sri Lanka sent email to me after one week of my application. He then gave me some slots for 1st round interview. He was very nice to attach interview guide and also promise "In any case, we promise to keep you posted on the status of your application". - The 1st round with Hiring Manager went well. She was very nice to share more details about the position, next round interview and what I should prepare. She told the whole process will be finished not more than 2 weeks. - Next day, the HR emailed me to inform that I passed the 1st round and gave me some slots to choose for 2nd round with the Superior of the Hiring Manger. - The 2nd round went well but quite fast (about 20 mins) because the interviewer said she was rush for meeting. - After this, my BAD experience started. After some days from 2nd interview, I sent email to ask the HR for the outcome, he didn't reply me although he promised in email before. After some days, they reposted the job. I sent another email to him and said I respected their decision but I would like to hear some feedback because I did well for 2 rounds and interviewers seemed to be satisfied in both. I just can't explain why they failed me, that's why I need at least a feedback. The HR didn't reply my 2nd email. - I've tried to send the Hiring Manager a message on LinkedIn (InMail). I'm not sure if she read but she didn't reply. - I found the number of HR and drop him a message through whatsapp. He ghosted me (it's the 3rd time he ignored me). - I continued dropping a LinkedIn message (InMail) for the 2nd interviewer because I feel she was the one failed me. I'm not sure if she read but she didn't reply me. - Overall, no one replied me after I tried to reach out to them to ask for outcome/ feedback for 5 times although it is one of the promise in their email. I would say they will only push up the process and be nice with you when they think you might be valuable for them (my experience, resume match at least 90% of their job scope). The process from application to 2nd round interview was arranged very fast. After that, when they didn't take you, meaning you're not valuable for them, they will definitely GHOST you. I can't deny both interviewers were nice and I really respect them. But I also need the company respect my time and effort for 2 rounds onsite interviews (I even took taxi to their office for both rounds to show up on time and be well-prepared). The way they ignored candidate makes me have a question about the culture and if they really respect employee as their marketing/ advertisement. And the last thing, we cannot trust their promise.
