HR was great in matching my personality and skills with the appropriate position and team members. The interview process was very personable. First you meet with the HR representative and she/he will screen your personality and level of experience to see if you are capable of fulfilling the job functions, afterwards if you qualify they bring the manager in to the conference room where you interview one on one. It is a pretty basic interview process, if you are a good interviewer you should be fine.
