Very friendly and fun experience. There is an assessment day before the final interview. The Zoom meeting is held by two people who work for BCA, and there are up to 10 other candidates on the call. The day starts with an introduction to what BCA does, then they have a previous graduate of the program explain their experiences. Then throughout the day, there are some exercises you have to complete with the other candidates in the call. To end, you present a presentation that you have 1 week to prepare previously.
