Apply, Panel, and whomever gets scored highest, will receive job offer. Once the offer is made, you will attend training. The training is not easy and can take 3 months or so.

After you presented two core competencies you were given in advance, they may ask some follow up questions. Each competency is given 30 minutes to present. If there is any time left, feel free to ask any questions you may have.
