They focused on my experience and the skills I have obtained through my previous jobs, they also asked about my leadership and asked me to give some examples. They are very interested in knowing about your personal achivements so they can have an idea of what are you capable of doing.Finally what they are constantly after is to find people who are results driven and focused on customers`needs.
