1 phone and 1 Webex Interview. First round was done by the prime vendor and 2 Nd round with the hiring manager. The interview process was smooth and immediate response from the hiring manager about their decision and on boarding was complete in exactly 2 weeks from the interview date
The interview process included an initial screening discussion, followed by one or more interviews focusing on general technical knowledge, problem solving, and past experience. The final stage involved broader discussions around teamwork, communication, and overall fit.
