The interview process consisted of three stages. It began with an initial phone screening, followed by a second phone interview with the area manager, and concluded with an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. The timeline was quite extensive, taking four to six weeks just to receive a call for consideration and an additional month to complete the three-step interview process.

The interviewer asked me to describe a time I dealt with an upset customer, the reason for their frustration, and how I successfully de-escalated the situation.
was pretty easy did one over the phone and then one in person with the branch manager and the district manager over the phone listening and also was asking me questions as well. After I left within a week I got a job offer from BBVA.
