Cada uno debió presentarse y contar acerca de su experiencia laboral.
Luego se realizaron tests grupales e individuales.

Phone screen first step with recruiter if you passed that process. Basically review of your work experience, strengths, weaknesses. Next there was a panel interview 2 weeks later. Panel Interview consisted of 3 individuals and was conducted online. Process took a while.

Entretien
The first step was with an external agency which contacted me to schedule a video call. Then, they shared my profile with BASF and I had a video call with two people from the company. One week later, I received my offer.
