J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez BAE Systems USA
Entretien
Met with the engineering manager in Mt. Laurel, NJ. About a 30-40 minute interview. Seemed like they had already made their decision and the interview was a formality to be honest. Was asked about my resume and then the manager just explained the job and tried to sell me on the job, talking about all the cool things they do at BAE.
There were two interview rounds. The first was a phone call and the next was on-site with all expenses paid for. For both rounds they were mostly asking about my experiences and 'tell me about a time when...' questions. Overall positive experience.

I have interviewed with BAE twice for entry-level roles. Just one interview each time, though you will likely talk to a recruiter beforehand over the phone or via email. Interview was normal, asking questions about your experience, some engineering fundamentals questions to test your problem solving skills. However, DO NOT expect a response from them if you do not get the job. They are terrible at providing feedback from interviews and it can be extremely frustrating. Seems like a good place to work otherwise!

First - Personal interview with your potential new manager, asked questions regarding general job history and background. Then about a week or two later had a panel interview with 3 execs/hiring manager, which entailed more detailed questions regarding previous job, followed by behavioral, and technical questions
