First was a 30 minute phone screening. The interviewer introduced himself and then I introduced myself. I was asked what kind of projects I was open to working on. Then there were about 5 behavioral (STAR) questions regarding: project most proud of, how do I handle team conflict, etc. No questions about my resume were asked. No technical questions were asked (other than what are my technical skills).
About a week later heard back from them wanting a face-to-face Zoom interview. This was a 2.5 hour interview. First 30 minutes was an introduction to the company (briefing) with 2-3 other candidates. Then, we all had our individual interviews. First interview was 45 minutes with one senior engineer and one systems engineer. Mostly asked about resume and a few behavioral questions. No questions were asked to test technical ability, just questions based on technologies and such used. Second interview was 45 minutes with another senior engineer. Same as before. Final 30 minutes was a debriefing where we could ask any outstanding questions we had.
