Quick interview process, but long background check process. It is an old school company and they do things fairly old fashioned, but that being said there is excellent company retention in the long run.

Give us an example of something you were successful at and tell us why you were successful
Phone call screening, Asked for programming experience and generally was kind. This was for a freshman interview so they did not expect knowledge, just wanted to know ability to learn at the time. Took them a month to get back after the phone interview.
Just asked all of the basic interview questions you can think of. Strengths, weaknesses, "give an example of a time when..." Went through my resume and experience and career goals.

Entretien
Two rounds of interviews; the first over the phone and the second in the office. They mostly asked me behavioral questions and were interested in my project experience outside of the classroom. I was extended an offer two weeks after the interview.
