It was about 45 min, and was very laid back. There was 4 people around the office and they each took turns asking a few questions that BAE seems to already have made up.

After applying online about 3 weeks later I was contacted by a recruiter, had a short phone interview then asked to come in for a in person interview. Interview went well. Went over my resume and experience. Very friendly and even gave me a tour of the facility. At the end of the interview I was not told when I would be contacted.
