I only had one interview. There were a few email exchanges back & forth beforehand. It was not very formal, although I did have two people interviewing me. I appreciated how I learned about the company as much as they learned about me. They gave me specific tasks that would require certain skills. I also was given a tour of the facility. Extremely comfortable and painless interview.
