J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez BAE Systems USA (Arlington, VA) en mars 2019
Entretien
I applied online and about two weeks later I received an invitation for a phone interview from a recruiter. The phone interview was an easy conversation about my past work history and why I was looking for a new position and how my skills would correlate to the position I was applying for. At the end of the interview I was told that she would pass my information along. About a week after that I received an email from another recruiter to setup the in person interview at the location that I would be working at. It took about a week to match everyone's schedules up and then I had a two-part panel interview. It was a thorough interview mostly talking about the job, my skills and personality. It was a nice and friendly environment. I then received a call from another recruiter offering me the position. It was overall a great experience, everyone I communicated with was very friendly and helpful.

Two phone interviews, 2 in person at their site. They ask the same typical questions that are asked at all most interviews. Each interview was about 30 minutes long. Two peer and two managers interviewed me.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez BAE Systems USA (Austin, TX)
Entretien
This was over 6 years ago, so I'm sure the process has changed significantly. It took three months for them to call me after I submitted a resume. Keep in mind this is with the recommendation of an employee who already worked their. Plus, my experience was completely different from others. I had to three supervisors interview at the same time. The questions were somewhat technical. If you put soldering on your resume be prepared to walk them through your previous experience.

The interview and the interviewer can vary greatly. You can get interviewed by someone very experienced or an inexperienced lead who literally will ask you "do you know how to use a screwdriver?"
