I interviewed with BAE for their ELDP. Overall the Interview went well, it consisted of 3 panel interviews, each with about 3 people. One technical and two behavioral interviews. There were about 5 other candidates with me as well from Cornell, USC, NJIT, and RPI ,so a pretty good selection pool. Also, we were required to present our senior design at the morning session, which was different.
