Couple of phone interviews, meet with hiring manager, phone calls with recruiter and hiring process after. Fairly painless process but would have helped if the recruiter was a little better at communicating where we are in the process. I did not get the job and I saw it coming but the way I was told was abrubt and vague. Could have been a little better and more open as I was with them.
