phone interview, was asked a series of questions, mostly about my resume, group project experience and projects done. Questions were concerned with PCB, and circuit analysis as well as what software I have used.

Question 1
When designing a PCB, how does current effect your design?
Phone call screening, Asked for programming experience and generally was kind. This was for a freshman interview so they did not expect knowledge, just wanted to know ability to learn at the time. Took them a month to get back after the phone interview.
Just asked all of the basic interview questions you can think of. Strengths, weaknesses, "give an example of a time when..." Went through my resume and experience and career goals.

Entretien
Two rounds of interviews; the first over the phone and the second in the office. They mostly asked me behavioral questions and were interested in my project experience outside of the classroom. I was extended an offer two weeks after the interview.
