Applied for position through BAE Website. I submitted my resume after tailoring it to the position I was applying for. An interview was scheduled, and I was able to meet the hiring manager via Web Ex. The position was filled by a local internal candidate, but the interview was overall pleasant, and helpful in my professional development.
