I applied online in November 2015. The process took 2 months. First I had to complete the numeracy and verbal reasoning tests. Then I was invited for a telephone interview. All of the questions were competency based questions. You will be asked to share what you know about the company, so do your research. After passing the phone interview, my applications was processed by the heads of department. After this stage, I was called in for a face to face interview at the Head Office, where I was interviewed by two people. All of the questions were competency based, so relax and you will be fine. After getting a conditional offer, I had to wait another 2 weeks for my security clearance.
