Short as this was a meet and greet however it was difficult to keep the dialog going with the Senior Director. Felt this was just to mark people off the list. Her answers to my questions were no more than a few words and left nothing to discuss further on. Sort of a blind stare back to me. Easy interview however difficult when trying to assess a fit with an organization.
