Had to apply online submitting previous uni retailers and courses and answer general questions about why you are interested working for BAE. Then if you get through to the next section there are online tests to complete testing your, maths English problem solving skills. There was also a personality test. After that it was a pre recorded interview where you are asked questions and you have a couple minutes to think of a response then record it. If you make it through that there is then an interview on teams with management who ask you questions using the STAR technique plus some technical questions to do with project management

Difficult but fair, it ranged from questions about the company and situations I have been in that I suggest good management skills. Although the questions were relatively easy you have to be careful with what you say.

During covid never heard back from the process Aptitude and psychometric tests and then move onto 4/5 interview questions online. Interview questions were skills based and consisted of questions such as when have you shown leadership
