Entretien
The interview process involved a Hirevue video recorded interview. As well as aptitude tests presented as games, and a personality test involving picking between pictures. No actual contact with anybody during this initial stage.

You receive an email with a unique link to access your interview. It will include:
A deadline (e.g., "Complete by July 14")
Estimated time (usually 30–60 mins)
Option to practise
Practice Environment (Optional but Recommended)
You can practise answering test questions as many times as you like. These are not seen by BAE. Use this to:
Test your lighting and sound
Get comfortable talking to the camera
Practise structuring answers in STAR format
Start of Actual Interview
Once you begin the real interview:
You’ll be shown a question on screen (usually both as text and audio).
You’ll get 30 seconds to 1 minute to prepare (depending on the question).
Then, you’ll have 1.5 to 2 minutes to respond.
