Filled out an online form instead of a CV, completed a fairly easy reading and writing comprehension test and a maths test. Got blanked for months then did a 10 minute video interview on HireVue. There were five questions which you had to give two-minute answers for, with unlimited re-recording if you messed up. The questions were more general and not specific to the job.

Did not hear back prior to interview stage, nor rejection email. Poor communication. They use psychometric tests like other places which seems a little pointless and time consuming. Would be great to actually tell applicants their result rather than just nothing.
