Submitted application online and contacted by recruiter who advised that CV was being forwarded to the hiring manager. A few days later I was invited to an interview. Online panel interview with 3 people (during COVID). The atmosphere during the interview was fairly formal with set questions that they seemed to want get through quickly, it wasn't conducive to getting the best from a candidate. Admin for the process was fairly slick and I received the outcome with some interview feedback a few days later.
