J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez BAE Systems (Preston, North West England, England) en oct. 2018
Entretien
2 day assessment centre, where the first evening consisted of food, introductions etc.
They gave us food and did not ask for dietary requirements, which is very inconsiderate.my food had bacon which is strictly prohibited in my religion, I was disgusted once I took a bite. That experience was horrible and I’m glad I did not get the job.
The senior assessors were 80% male and 95% of them were also white. Out of the people being interviewed 8 of them were male and only 2 of us were female. Very undiverse, the assessors seemed drawn to the white males from the cohort being interviewed. I didn’t get any excitement from them when speaking and i noticed the boy getting a lot of attention.
There was a group task where they threw in random bits of info and you were required to come up with solutions as a team.
The second one was written, a case study for the launch of modern technology to be used for military purposes.
During my interview I had one person interviewing me and two others sitting there taking notes. I found that to be uncomfortable, especially afterwards when I found out the other candidates only had two people sitting there.
Presentation demonstrating your personal goals and how you aim to be. How you will make a contribution to BAE. You were given 10 minutes prep.
It was a horrible experience, I would never want to work there. At the end of the process me and the other female did not get the job (as expected), the process was very biased and clear that a typical white male was what they were after.
