I got an email from them about scheduling a phone interview with somebody from HR. The phone interview was very casusal. Then I was invited to one of the facilities a few weeks later to speak with some of the higher level employees.

Great interview process, met with multiple disciplines to discuss the company from a high level all the way down to the technical information. One phone interview and one in person interview that was about 2 hours meeting with everyone.
