Entretien
I had a screening call with a talent management team first to ensure I was a fit for the role. Then I had a telephone interview with 2 managers. Firstly the 2 technical questions along the lines of 'explain what is meant by cost and time variance and say which is more important.'
Then I had 5 competency based questions. the interview w quite long, so be prepared and have plenty of examples to call upon. The questions re very much to know about you and your values and behaviours.

Entretien
I applied online and received a telephone call from a recruiter a few days later. I received a follow-up call within two weeks to invite me to attend an initial interview. Communication was very good throughout the application process.
It was a standard two-stage interview; the first interview was a “get to know you”, talk about your background and experience, how much do you know about the business and what we do etc.. The second interview was more role-specific and scenario-based; how would you handle this situation? What would you do if this happened?
All in all, the application process and interview have been a very positive experience.
