Online application, then a telephone interview through their Store Support Office which was just an informal chat with some competency based questions, assessment afternoon in store with different activities (shop-floor experience helping customers, team building by building a tower, selling a product to the management team and a final interview with a duty manager, discussing the formalities of the role etc)

Informal chat, list of questions and very friendly. I felt at ease instantly as the guy was very welcoming. A few situation questions were asked and nothing too difficult, have these prepared and you will be fine.

Was quite a smooth and quick interview. A few questions asked such as what do you do in your free time, how would you deal with collegues you don't get along with and so on. Allowed me to ask questions at the end and kept me updated within 2 weeks.

45-minute one-to-one interview. I was interviewed by the duty manager. Asked about myself, previous experiences and a few behavioural interview questions. For example, tell me about a time you worked as a team. Tell me about a time you had a conflict and how you resolved it. Tell me a time you worked in a high-pressure situation.
