I applied to Ayuda online through Idealist on 01/07/25 and got an email for a phone screen on 01/13/25. I had a 30 minute phone screen on 01/15/25 and was told 2nd round interviews will begin the last week of January and I should hear back by the end of this week (or next week - idr).
