Interview Process: - Recruiter call - Hiring Manager call - 2 Wonderlic Tests - Hiring Manager and VP call - SVP call - Executive VP call Interview Experience: Overall had a pleasant experience throughout the whole interview process with the recruiter, hiring manager, VP, and SVP. Serious shout-out to the recruiter because he made the whole process very pleasant! I had no doubts that if I was to receive an offer from my interactions with these individuals, I would have likely accepted it; it seemed highly likely throughout the whole process that I was going to receive an offer. Then they requested that I meet with an EVP in leadership who practically ruined the whole experience for me and left me with reservations so far into the interview process. I cannot convey how horrible of an experience it was speaking with this individual, but I can list 3 reasons why: - She showed up 15 minutes late to the interview then didn't even apologize for being late and just dove straight into the questions. - She rudely cut me off several times throughout the interview. While I don't mind redirection of a question if you're not necessarily getting the answer you want, possibly because you're not wording things clearly or it might actually just be the candidate, the manner in which she cut me off was extremely rude and off-putting. - When I asked her to describe the culture of the company, she gave me a clear impression that they do not value their employees and treat them more like disposable assets. She essentially insinuated that turnover is high at the company due to the culture and that "that's just how it is." That gave me the impression that she doesn't even care about improving the culture and highlights to me the overall toxic environment. While I did have a very negative experience with this one individual, I did have positive interactions with every other person, so I'd hope that she is not a reflection of the overall company. However, go do your research on Glassdoor: - There seems to be extremely high turnover at this company which all stems from the overall culture and complaints about leadership. - The company is requiring that everyone go in even during the COVID pandemic for no justifiable reason when basically all other major companies that operate at a larger scale are all WFH. - Employees seemed to be underpaid compared to market value, yet they demand 150% productivity. Ultimately I did not receive an offer, but I got bad vibes from this company as soon as I spoke to this executive and I think I seriously dodged a bullet.

I had the first interview with the recruiter, who was nice, and asked me general questions about my background, it took about 30 minutes, I thought it went very well but I never heard back from them!
