There were 4 rounds. I was asked to make presentation by Manager for the next round. I made a report and presentation taking out 1week of time and efforts and during the interview they did not even ask or see my presentation. This is a waste of time and energy for potential candidates and a big turn off for me.

Question 1
The questions were irrelevant to the job role and duties. Nothing from the domain from which you are applying. Each level of interview they ask same question. I was enthusiastic about the role to work with Axon however, asking a potential candidate to work on report and presentation and not even looking at it was a big turn off for me. I would not recommend, they lack in terms of management.
