Long and multiple people spoke to me but i focused on wanting a career and they seemed to understand that. I interviewed for nearly 2 hours speaking to 5 people about the company and they seemed receptive to you asking about how they became involved. Tips: Be yourself and tell them your true motivations, money and stability seem to be main motivators for them.
