1) phone call with recruiter - asked me what an API is & my understanding of affiliate window (market leader UK + application programming interface, gave twitter/facebook as example). 2) interview with presentation (manager) 3) lots of easy questions from manager who currently worked there. 4) was given a phone call 2 days later and offered a position. 5) wasn't too hard at all
