30min talk with HR followed by simple questions.
I didn’t have a followup after the interview, which had gone very well. Asked with an email the criterion where I failed so I can improve on them : no reply.
Given the fact that I matched the profile and had considerable experience in the digital marketing area on the top and yet failed at the first step, I assume they didn’t want to go through the hassle of hiring me because I told them my geographic situation wasn’t clear. It would have been noce to have a reply.

Entretien
There were four interviews in the process, including a home task to present how we could incorporate AI into their products. The first three interviews were fine, although there was the impression from the other side that interviewing is more of a chore. The final interview with the take home presentation went good, although in the email afterwards it was said I should have gone more in depth into how I should incorporate AI in their products. Keep in mind, I have never worked for this company to have any type of knowledge what they need exactly and I proposed 6 different ways with slides for AI to be incorporated and went in depth on each different "AI product".

Entretien
It was multi-step process. HR reaches out to you after application to give more details on the role and the interview process. The 2nd step is a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager and a team member about the motivation for applying and behavioral questions based on your previous experience. I haven't made it to the next step but it was communicated that it was a research task.
