Interview process felt less formal and more open and conversational which made for a more relaxed, organic, and genuine flow of dialogue. This allowed for answers/examples to a lot of standard behavioral, situational and EQ questions to be given, often unprompted by a question. Company valued the person vs their experience in some aspects, as company culture and making sure the right person is the right fit for that culture, was going to be considered for the role.
