Over the phone with a panel. Very friendly. Direct. Allowed plenty of time for questions and was open to hearing any concerns the applicant had. They also called everyone who interviewed to let them know whether they got the job or not.

I applied online a few weeks later I was called, I had to complete a math assessment, typing assessment, and a customer service simulation, I then completed a virtual interview.

1 math test 1 typing test 1 crm test 1 panel interview All were done in window of 2-4 weeks. Typing test requires two spaces between sentences and needs to be updated.
