By far, the worst company I interviewed with. I went on three face to face interviews for an HR position. I followed up numerous times and not one person had the decency to respond to my phone calls and emails. Trust me, I can accept rejection. Everything starts in HR and a true display and insight to a company's culture. Or lack of. Thank you. You did me a great favor.

Entretien
First step involved a very pleasant video interview with a local ABG employee. The second step was a brief phone call with another ABG employee out-of-state and I was offered a position. Both employees exemplified friendly professionalism, were up-front about the position in question and happy to answer questions. ABG sent an offer letter, which I reviewed and found several details there that precluded my acceptance. Both employees responded graciously when I declined, and one further followed up with a phone call. ABG sent an e-mail with a discount on future car rentals. It was a personal and pleasant experience, quite different from the usual cold, overly corporate experience of many others.

The interviewer asked one of the most common questions - please tell the story of one of your challenges in dealing with personalities and how you navigated it. They remained engaged while taking notes, asking further questions and patiently listening to my full answers.

Contacted for an interview. Responded to email with availability and took the time to complete the application as requested. Recruiter never responded after several attempts to contact. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time.
