Applied online and had phone interview few weeks later. Played phone tag with HR for days to set up the phone interview. Phone interview was smooth and easy. Didn't hear from corporate again until 3 weeks later for a 1:1 interview. The interview went great! The GM was super nice and made me feel relaxed and enjoyed talking to her about the company. Everyone there seemed really nice and non management employees have been there for a long time (which says a lot about a company). On paper the salary sounded great and who could beat a company car with paid gas! Sooo...what was the catch?? I started asking a mutual friend that worked there and was told you will not be working less than 55-60 hrs. weekly and spending time with family was hard do to work schedule. Also 10hr shift work changing all the time (working night until 2am then being back at 5am). It was again 3-4 weeks later until I was offered the job however declined on the offer.

Meet at a college fair and talked briefly about past experience and qualifications. Then there was a phone interview. After that was an in person interview and an assessment. If you did well on those the hiring manager will interview you next on the same day. They will let you know in 2-3 days if you got the job.
